    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,Please help check the smsts.log and bdd.log for more detailed information to troubleshoot this issue.

2,Error code 5624:5 usually indicates that there is an issue with the Windows Deployment Services (WDS) server. Specifically, it suggests that the WDS server is unable to locate the requested image or that the image is corrupt.

This could be caused by a number of factors, including incorrect configuration of the WDS server or network settings, or problems with the client computer trying to access the image.

To troubleshoot this issue, you should first verify that the WDS server is configured correctly and that the image file is located in the correct location. You should also check that the client computer is able to access the WDS server and that there are no network issues preventing the image from being downloaded.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon

I have the same issue but narrowed it a bit down to:

    • An x86 image does succesfully install on a machine with max 4GB RAM installed
    • An x86 image fails to install with this error on a machine with 8GB or more RAM installed

So the same image installs on the machine, only memory differs
