Implementation difficulties with FSLogix

We have a Connection Broker and 3 RDS which are running Windows Server 2022. Office is installed on the RDS and the OST location is on the file server as well as the user profiles. Now there were always difficulties with Outlook and we decided to switch to FSLogix.

What was done: FSLogix agent installed on all RDS and Connection Broker. A new folder named FSLogix was created on the file server which contains two subfolders with FSLogixProfiles and FSLogixOutlook. These folders were created for the Converttest. A UPD was copied from a test user into a test folder which is to be used for the Convert.

The following features were installed on the file server: Hyper-V Powershell -IncludeManagementtools Pester The FSLogixMigration Module for Powershell was downloaded and initialized (https://query.prod.cms.rt.microsoft.com/cms/api/am/binary/RE4k26R)

Problem description and question: The script can be executed via Powershell but then gives the error message “Convert-UPDProfile : Could not create or mount target drive.”. The log states more precisely “The Hyper-V management tools were unable to access an expected WMI class on computer ‘FS01’. This may indicate that the Hyper-V platform is not installed on the computer or that the version of the Hyper-V platform is not compatible with these management tools.”.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause? And could someone please tell me how to proceed with the OST files so that they also work with FSLogix?
