I get an issue when trying to sign into the azure portal where a box asks me to sign in again and it says no token found. I have tried to sign in again but nothing happens.

Equally, when trying to go through the training material the sandbox never works. I have gone through all the steps on previous posts but nothing works.

I have tried to contact customer support but I can't find an email to write to.

Please help.

    Hi irene suarez jimenez,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing into the Azure portal and accessing the training sandbox.

The message "no token found" typically indicates an issue with your authentication session. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

1.Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, old session data can interfere with the sign-in process.

2.Try using a different browser or an incognito window to see if the issue is related to your current browser settings or extensions.

3.Check if there are any ongoing Azure service issues by visiting the Azure status page.

4.You can also try signing in from an InPrivate or Incognito window to bypass any extensions or cached data that might be causing issues.

For the training sandbox, please try the following steps:

1.Try connecting from a different network, if possible, as network restrictions can sometimes prevent the sandbox from loading.

2.Attempt to log in with a new personal Microsoft email account on the learn path using a completely different browser. If you do not have one, kindly create a new free Microsoft account. Please note that a Microsoft account, such as Office 365 or Outlook.com, is required for sandbox access.

3.Double-check that all prerequisites are met and that you're following the training steps as outlined.

If you are still facing any issue, please let us know in the comments. We are glad to help you.
