Request for Subscription Cancellation and Refund

Dear Azure Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the cancellation of my Azure subscription and a refund for the recent charge made to my account.

Despite not intending to continue with the subscription, I noticed a charge on my account on 09.08.2024 for $33,59. I kindly request a refund for this charge, as I no longer require the services associated with the subscription.

Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

    I would request you create a support request. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    But before doing this it will be prudent to check the steps here to cancel your subscription as well https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/cancel-azure-subscription?source=recommendations

    If you cant create a suppport request like above you can use the global support numbers:
