I'm unable to pay for azure subscription due to various errors

I'm really frustrated due to failing payment requests over and over again. My all services are down and I cannot reactive again because I'm unable to pay. I've tried several credit/debit cards but sometimes I've got "Payment failed Your payment of $84.96 was declined by your financial institution because they could not support this transaction. To learn more please contact your financial institution or try again with a different payment method" or else "Check that the details in all fields are correct or try a different card." error message appears and does not even accept the card. The credit cards I'm trying are all valid(not prepaid or virtual) and the payment can be done in any other website. I'm also pretty sure the information I give is correct and matches with credit/debit card information. I even tried to call the bank but they told me they cannot see any payment requests. This situation is really frustrating and I don't know what to do next.

    Hi @Deniz Yilmaz ,

    the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
