Editing Visio file in Browser error

Hi,

I am trying to work on a .vsd-file in browser. I can open it fine, but when I click Edit the file in browser I get this message:

"Editing of this file is supported only in Visio Desktop App. We can't edit in Visio for the web. The file contains Visio Desktop solution Number Shapes."

As far as I can tell there is no such shape, and I have tried multiple .vsd-files and the same message appears. It works fine for a collegue. I have checked and both users have the same license, M365 Business Basic. The files are located on a Sharepoint both have access to.

I have read here that this message can appear on .vsdx-files but this is a .vsd-file, and it editing it works for someone with the same license I assume the problem is elsewhere.

Please help.

Thank you!

    Hi @K Stjarskvaer

Did you run any flow on this .vsd file?

Here is a similar thread: Getting 'Number Shapes' error when trying to open VSDX file in Online / Web Visio version?, please refer to Barnett, Leigh Ann's last sharing.

Besides, please change a browser for a check.
