Did you confirm license on Entra and assigned Mailbox on Exchange online Admin center?
User has no mailbox
Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
A few users are getting a no mailbox and no license error, even though they have licenses assigned and paid for, can I ask what's went wrong here?

Based on your description, I want to confirm whether users in your organization have been assigned and paid for a licence, they still receive a no mailbox and no license error. If yes, as JR K Yoshikawa said, please make sure you have confirmed license on Entra and assigned Mailbox on Exchange online Admin center.
Also, please request to your global admin that unassign and re-assign your relevant license service from their side on your account after couple of hours and then try to check the result after few hours.
