Setting MS Edge IOS App Homepage via Intune for iPad devices.

Hi there,

As part of configuring MDM via Apple Business Manager and Intune, I am trying to set our companies home page in Microsoft Edge on an iPad as part of a policy but it does not appear to work.

According to this page (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/manage-microsoft-edge), I setup a string configuration key (com.microsoft.intune.mam.managedbrowser.NewTabPage.CustomURL) and set it to my site and synced to my enrolled iPad, but no luck.

What is the correct way of setting a home page in IOS Edge as part of the MDM install and enrollment.

    @Julian, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To configure homepage shortcut, I find the key is com.microsoft.intune.mam.managedbrowser.homepage

    For the key you set, it is used to override the new tab window.

    Meanwhile, when creating the app configuration policy, please ensure we choose "Managed devices"

    In addition, for Edge, please ensure it is deployed via Intune.

    Hi there,

    I applied the key as suggested and fully reset and enrolled my iPad again, but it didn't work unfortunately.

    I have included below the rest of my settings in the App configuration policy to assist.
