Is there a USB to TTL adapter that works on Windows 10/11/365 without having to load a driver?

Is there a USB to TTL adapter that works on Windows 10/11/365 without having to load a driver? Looking for an adapter that plugs into a USB port of a PC, and that has row of pins at the other end of the PCB, including Tx, Rx, Vcc, Gnd. It should run on the terminal program included in Windows, without loading an additional driver.
