Bing Search v7 suspended for subscritption

Hello,

I'm currently trying to create a Bing Search v7 resource but every time I do, I get the following error:

        "message": "Bing resources are suspended for the subscription"
    }
}

I also checked to see if Microsoft.Bing resource provided is enabled, which it is. I'm new to using azure so I'm not very sure what configuration am I missing. Honestly I just created an account a month ago and I just tried to create the resource today.

Sorry for the inconveniences that has caused. This is a known issue with some subscriptions not able to create resources in their subscription.

To get unblocked, please submit a support request through Azure portal with your subscription ID details.
