Unable to see installed extensions, install new extensions with VS 2022 Community Edition Version 17.10.5

Hey Guys,

After I have upgraded the Visual Studio 2022 to 17.10.5, I'm unable to see the extention manager in the usual context menu. I could not browse on as well. See below screenshot. Any help would be really useful.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! 

    I couldn’t reproduce your issue in VS2022 Community version 17.10.5. 

    Please close all running VS instances and open the Visual Studio Installer > More > Repair your VS. 

    Then, re-launch the VS and check that it works properly.  

    If you have any anti-virus software, please temporarily disable it.
