The conection failed because of an error in initializing provider.The SQLCLI11 provider is not registered on the local machine

I am not able to see any databases or names in connection manager for SQL server destination. I have given the right server but no databases are being shown and a native server client error is coming.

    Looks like you're missing the SQLCLI11 provider. Try installing or re-registering the SQL Server Native Client, and you should be good to go.

    You may install SQL Server Native Client for a try.

    If this does not work, please repair VS.
