Where is the Sales & Marketing App that is referenced in the training?

On the training page titled "Find and view dashboards and reports" there is a reference to a Sales & Marketing App that is to be used for the rest of the described training. However, after selecting the Get Apps button, an app with that specific title does not come up.

How do I finish this training without it?https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/explore-power-bi-service/5-lab-1

I am also unable to find the Sales & Marketing app as shown in unit 5 of 7 (find and view dashboards and reports). I have started my fabric trial as the instructions outlined.

Hi Louis Ayala,

Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A forum.

After selecting "Get Apps," you can search by entering "Sales and Marketing." You will then find the app and the PBIX file. To install the app, select it. If you want to open the PBIX file "Sales and Marketing," select the PBIX file.

We tried from our end; it's working fine for us. Kindly refer the below screenshot.

I am unable to find the app today. Neither "Sales & Marketing" or "Sales and Marketing" find the sample app.

If it is titled one way and not the other, the tutorial should also have the correct title, i.e. "and" vs "&", as "&" finds no results. The tutorial lists it as "&".

One of the comments does eventually link to what I assume is the updated app, which is under "Learning" and titled "Competitive Marketing Analysis Report". Updating the tutorials to show these changes would be greatly appreciated.
