For my application(webapi), activity log states "Tags Shrieben". I am English.

Once I stopped and started the service, it shows "Write Tags". However, I never initiated it. I'm trying to diagnose a problem with our application service not being able to send out notifications and am having trouble pulling metrics as well as getting these strange logs in Activity Logs.
