How to make a cell change red, yellow and green when expiring I. E. Training tickets valid for 1 year

Hi I

I am struggling to figure out on excel how to format cells to turn red if on today date, yellow if 90 days before today or green if within 1 year prior today

For example today 25/03/20

Go yellow if 20/01/2020

Go green if 25/06/2019

Go red if its today 25/03/2020 or further
