Hi,

This is a follow-up to the question https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1720613/error-code-status-access-violation-when-searching. @abdul asked me to post a new question here, so here it is :)

Ultimately, there are issues in Azure when you have accessibility tools installed. See the other question for more details and my comment on Jul 9, 2024, 9:58 AM (BST)

Thanks

You may need to disable Web Accessibility:

    • In Edge, navigate to edge://accessibility.
    • Uncheck the "Web Accessibility" option.
    • To prevent re-enablement, select "Lock the current accessibility mode from being changed except by this page."

Don't forget that disabling web accessibility may impact the functionality of assistive technologies, such as screen readers. If you rely on these tools, consider the implications before making this change.
