Getting a black screen when logging with personal credentials onto all of my windows 2012r2 servers

Hello, I am able to use the built in Administrator account but when any of my admins use personal credentials I get a black screen. This happens on all of my 2012r2 servers in a single domain. I had made some GPO changes but reversed them and am still having the problem. They are all VM's, same problem with RDP or using the VM console.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you!

    Hi,
Would you please on which process the black screen happened ?
Getting the Black screen immediately after entering the password or after login process completing ?
For now , i would suggest you check the events ,if there are any errors related.
And you can use the gpsvc log to check more details about the GPOs and confirm if any policies related would cause the issue.
    https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/askds/2015/04/17/a-treatise-on-group-policy-troubleshootingnow-with-gpsvc-log-analysis/

If there is no progress , more details information like WINLOGON etl ,Userprofile ETL need to be collected .In this situation, I would suggest you contact Microsoft Customer Services and Support to get an efficient solution:

I had this on a 2012R2 server I just built yesterday. Opened task manager and killed explorer.exe and then File->Run new task->explorer.exe. Black screen went away and gave me my desktop.

The screen goes black after entering username and password. Only the default administrator account will login. I made a copy of the administrator account and still the same problem. I noticed the below error in event viewer everytime I attempt to login with an account other than administrator.

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {AAC1009F-AB33-48F9-9A21-7F5B88426A2E} as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
    "5"
    Happened while starting this command:
    C:\Windows\system32\TSTheme.exe -Embedding

    Event ID 10001
