Application insight is not able to get data from app running on asp.net 4.5 framework in windows server 2019 but same is working on windows server 2022

I want to connect my app in asp net 4.5 framework with azure application insight. I have installed nuget packages version 2.14 of microsoft.applicationsinsight.web and microsoft.applicationsinsight and publish the code and host on IIS.
The same is able to connect to azure application insight from windows server 2022 but it is not working from windows server 2019.
I use visual studio 2022 to build and publish the code.

2024-07-22T19:49:16.2166667+00:00 Hi Team, I even install all the runtimes that are present on windows server 2022 in windows server 2019 but shows no improvement, strange thing is application itself is working fine, also networking wise both the VMs are in same network so no firewall also
