Can't access Visio Plan 1 subscription

Hello,

I received a "Microsoft subscription purchase confirmation" email for a Visio Plan 1 subscription but I'm unable to access the program. When I check my subscriptions when logged into my Microsoft account, Visio Plan 1 is not listed.

Hi @Pro Artis

Please note, Visio Plan 1 subscription does not include the desktop app, just Visio for the web.

To access Visio for the web, do the following.

• Go to visio.office.com.
• If prompted, sign in with the correct account that bound to the Visio license.
