Domain users got Black Wallpaper after deploying it using GPO (Server 2019)

Hello,

I'm Tanveer, recently tried to deploy a common wallpaper using Group Policy Management (Server 2019) console for our specific domain users, but unfortunately all of them got black wallpaper. I followed the answers from Q&A in "Microsoft Learn" but nothing happened to be happy.

Really is there any one who faced this problem and overcome, I beg him to help.

You are having trouble deploying a generic wallpaper using Group Policy Management and the wallpaper turns black. There are many possible causes, the possible reasons are as follows:

1.Network problems: Due to the large number of LAN computers, the transfer speed may be stuck, and the group policy may be ignored during the delivery process, so that the wallpaper cannot be successfully applied.

2.File Corruption or Permission Issues:

The wallpaper file itself may be corrupted or the wallpaper path in the registry is misconfigured. The system does not have read permission on the wallpaper file, which makes it impossible to set it as the desktop wallpaper.

3.Wallpaper format or placement issues: The format or location of the wallpaper can cause display issues. For example, some systems or graphics cards may not support certain formats of wallpapers, or wallpaper files may be placed in locations that are not recognized by the system.Make sure that the file path you provide in Group Policy is correct and accessible to all users. If the file path is incorrect or inaccessible, the user will not be able to load the wallpaper and will default to a black screen.
