How to set up Intune android device custom background?

I am using Intune to manage a fully android device (Tablet 13 Vortex), but every time I go to Configuration> Device Restriction> then Device Experience and put the URL of public background it doesn't work. no matter what kind of link i do, it doesn't apply. I don't have any other configuration or policy that blocking it either, please help me out what to do. What are the right way to do that the link png, jpg and public or privet doesn't work. I also kept the picture in google drive and shared with public also made this a direct download link and still it doesn't work. I am clueless right now.

From your description, I know you want to configure custom wallpaper via Intune for Android device but failed.

To clarify this issue, please check the following.

1.Make sure the URL of wallpaper image can be opened in the browser.

2.Make sure the URL of wallpaper image is end with .jpg.

If the issue persists, you can try to configure Microsoft Launcher to set custom wallpaper image.
