Transferring your Microsoft Learn, certification, and badge information from one account to another can be a bit tricky, but it's definitely possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you transfer your achievements to your new account:

Step 1: Create a New Account

If you haven’t already, create a new Microsoft account using your current email address.

    Step 2: Gather Information

Before you proceed, make sure you have access to your old account’s information, such as certifications, badges, and any email communications from Microsoft related to your certifications.

Step 3: Contact Microsoft Certification Support

The best way to transfer your certifications and badges is to contact Microsoft Certification Support. Here’s how:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Certification Support Page:
    2. Submit a Request:
      • Choose the option to submit a support request.
      • Fill in the required information, including your old email address (the one associated with your previous account) and your new email address (the one you want to transfer your certifications and badges to).
    3. Provide Details:
      • In the description, explain that you have changed companies and need to transfer your certifications, badges, and learning achievements from your old email account to your new one.
      • Provide as much detail as possible to help the support team locate your records.

    Step 4: Verify Your Identity

Microsoft Support may ask you to verify your identity and ownership of the certifications. Be prepared to provide:

    • Any certification IDs or transcripts.
    • Proof of identity.
    • Any emails from Microsoft confirming your certifications.

    Step 5: Wait for Confirmation

Once you’ve submitted your request, it may take some time for Microsoft to process the transfer. Keep an eye on your email for any updates or additional requests for information from Microsoft Support.

    Step 6: Verify Transfer Completion

After the transfer is complete, log into your new Microsoft account to ensure that all your certifications, badges, and learning achievements have been successfully transferred.

    Additional Tips

    • Update Your Certification Profile: After the transfer, make sure to update your profile information in the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
    • Keep Records: Save any email communications from Microsoft Support regarding the transfer for future reference.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully transfer your Microsoft Learn, certification, and badge information to your new account.
