SQL Server Analysis Service Problem

Hello Sir/Madame;

I have a question about SQL Analysis Server. when I try to login with effectiveuser"domain name\username" it login for every user in the domain expect one user. I tried many thing but I couldn't solve this problem, when I want to login with this user,

I can login with this command effectiveuser"domain\username@keyman .local" where I must focus for this problem? Is it Active Directory User Attribute problem or another something?

    I'd like to help but I am not quite profession in AD.
    I suggest you to raise this question in a new thread with window - active -directory tag. So the experts with AD experience could help you on solving the problem.

    From current info and the screenshot, I think we could first more focus on the AD side. Check if domain name\username is existing and in the right group for accessing SSAS.

    User in Active Directory and user in the xxx group. and another users can access directly, but one user can't login with domain name\username.
    Where I can focus for AD ?
