After entering the required information to set up a workspace in Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac (Version 10.9.8 (2217)), the published application icons do not appear and the screen returns to show the default "Add Workspace". The same workspace works fine and appears properly when added on a Windows workstation. What is the process of diagnosing the issue?
