Entra ID External Identities - Verification code mail branding

Hi,

I've created a user flow in an Entra ID external tenant. When signing up using an email and a password, a verification code is sent to the user's mail.

My questions are the following :

  • Is it possible to change both the branding and the content of the mail ? For instance, changing the subject according to a language, change the text in the mail body, etc
  • If the point above is not feasible, how could we change the user flow and roll our own mail sending logic / mail verification logic ?

Thanks for the answers,

Kevin

    Hi @Kevin Ferati ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    • Is it possible to change both the branding and the content of the mail ? For instance, changing the subject according to a language, change the text in the mail body, etc As of now, Email OTP customization is not available. Our team is working on it and will roll out that version soon.
    • If the point above is not feasible, how could we change the user flow and roll our own mail sending logic / mail verification logic ? As of now, integration with third party mail verification is not available in GA. Our team is working on both the features and will release the version in near future. Hope this will help.

    Thanks,

    Shweta
