Just an update. After including the permission cognitive services user role the service works as expected for the content safety lab. All other labs have this permission automatically applied. This is a "trial and error deployment" try different regions and the service will work as expected immediately. Don't just deploy to EastUs like the lab suggests.
Content Safety Studio & Cognitive Services
I working through the AI900 labs and am getting the following error when trying to execute some of the sample Content Safety Studio queries.
Your account does not have access to this resource, please contact your resource owner to get access.
I have waited over an hour and I still do not have access. I also attempted this with my MSDN subscription, and I get the same error. What it the expected latency behind fully provisioning the resource?

The rest of the labs all work "But you will have to provision the service and give it about 15 min before the service starts working. Nothing else needs to be done apart from wait.
