ASR Configuration Server - Unable to pass the validation step 3 (Install 3rd party software)

ASR Configuration server. First time setup, image (OVL) downloaded from Azure and untouched.

Problem: When trying to "Download and Install" MySQL a red X appears saying "Loading..." but nothing happens. I am stuck here.

Dev Tools in Edge shows: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) :44315/Home/InstallMySql:1

I tried all 3 methods suggested here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/vmware-azure-deploy-configuration-server#configure-settings
MySql is currently installed manually. The download link to MySql regularly works in the browser.
I have no idea what the problem is.

    Hello @Michele - Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Our Product team have confirmed that there is some ongoing issue with OVA and they are releasing new OVA today which should resolve your issue.

    I see that you are also facing issue with MySql. Did you refresh the browser and try installing it again?

    If that doesn't work, we are releasing the new patch of OVA tonight. You can try downloading OVA again tomorrow.

    As I cannot find any kind of support/documentation, I am trying to download the OVL image again and start from scratch.
    Being an image provided by Microsoft, I am expecting it to be working...if not, I will abandon the idea of using Azure ASR and find a different solution..

    Im still facing an issue with new image. Could you please share a suggestion how to proceed further.

    @Monalla-MSFT : Could you please share ur suggestion, as we are in the plan of Implementing the Azure site recovery for customer. But this error makes us disappointing.

    Good morning, I downloaded a fresh image on Saturday and re-deploying it today. I noticed a slight difference in the size of the image file. I will share the outcome asap.
