Hi there,

I am using Skype for business 2019 in Windows Server 2022 and it using Edge. All is in the latest patch. I followed the link and run the comparability script for the Windows Server 2022.

System requirements for Skype for Business Server 2019 - Skype for Business Server 2019 | Microsoft Learn

I managed to successfully deploy the Skype for business 2019. However, when I launch my SFB 2019 control panel and key in my CSadministrator user credential, it prompted the credential again. When I tried the 3rd time, I got the 404 error. It's seems like unable to access the SFB control panel.

Could anyone advise on this.

Much appreciate.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the permissions or configuration of your Skype for Business deployment. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Make sure that the CSadministrator account has the necessary permissions to access the Skype for Business control panel. You may need to check the permissions assigned to the account in Active Directory or Skype for Business Server Control Panel.
    2. Check the Skype for Business Server event logs for any errors or warnings that may indicate the cause of the issue.
    3. Verify that all the Skype for Business services are running and are configured correctly. You can check this in the Services console on the server.
    4. Check the IIS logs on the server to see if there are any errors or warnings related to the Skype for Business control panel.
