Hi,
today i tried to start my workstation that's protected with a bitlocker key, that's stored on my account yassine.aitbrahim@harsh.com .fr, i have 3 devices there, but what i notice is ("they") replace my bitlocker key for Device 1 to Device 2 ! is that possible ! and when i tried to enter those numbers, i got an error, and it's normal, because it's not the same device, why they replace my bitlocker key !

Best Regards.

    @Yassine AIT BRAHIM
    Hi,

    If you have 3 devices, you should have 3 BitLocker keys.
    Also, in your Microsoft account there is BitLocker recovery key not BitLocker password.
    If you accidentally deleted the recovery key from your Microsoft account online and want to save it again, you need to force Windows to back up the recovery key automatically. The only way to do this is to switch to a local account, and then switch back to a Microsoft account.

    Hi,

    thank you for your answer and security advice.
    in my first post I meant the recovery key, because when I click/start my deviceA, it shows a blue screen and demanding to enter a recovery key for my drives, I checked my account I found that when I click on deviceA to get that recovery key I got deviceB key!!, and when I click on deviceB I got deviceB key, my question why I got same recovery key for my two devices! and also what I notice is the 'Device Name' Colum had the same Value (DeviceB),even on DeviceA and DeviceB, the same for the 'Recovery Key' Colum. In other words, I have the same recovery key value for my laptop and my workstation !!
    Thank you for your help

    Best Regards,

    Hello, my problem is that the computer wants to get a bitlocker key, but my device has been deleted from Microsoft, how can I get this code to unlock the computer again. When I log in to Microsoft, there is no device added there, but I have logged in to the computer with this account.
