Hello, I would really need some help to reset my pc! Yesterday i got a virus but I thougt I could just reset my pc like last time, but when i trided to reset it it just kept saying that a problem accured and that no changes were made!
So i tried going to the troubleshoot options but there was no difference the same problem accured. So then i went to Microsoft support and looked for some sulution for this problem. It told me to go to command promt and type this in (see picture):
Sorry for the bad quality and that it's in swedish but when i tried to type in the command "ren software software.001" an error popped up that said that It cant get to the file beacuse it was used in another process! I don't need to keep any files I just want to reset it, please tell me a way i can solve this and just reset my computer.
Any awnsers and help would be really appreciated!
