I have added 200 users in several organization and roles. I have 33 organizations and 2 user added roles in my application and added 200 users across roles and organizations.

However, I need to add more users, but I cannot add any new users.

If I tried to add users, following error showed.

I was told that 200 users are not the application limit is below thread so I'm confused if 200 users are the absolute max number of users ina single IoT central application.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1458406/is-there-maximum-number-of-microsoft-account-users

The total number of users, API tokens, security groups, or managed identities cannot exceed 200 across all orgs. To add a new one, delete an existing one.

error xcode: 400.222.006.006 / 26qorn7kipe.4

    Hello @Casey Park ,

welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.

Yes the limit is set to 200 as documented by Microsoft so this is the limitation in IoT Central.

There is no configuration setting to support more users.

That said, sometimes Microsoft just picks a number because they expect this is the best fit, not a technical limitation (this is called a soft limit).

I recommend creating a support ticket, explaining your use case and asking for lifting the soft limit if this is possible.
