As an MSP, can I use Lighthouse to connect to our client tenancies and create client user accounts, assign M365 Business Premium licences and apply consistent Intune policies across all the tenancies we manage on behalf of our clients?

Reading MS sales literature, its my understanding that Lighthouse is a management tool for IT MSP's to apply consistent security policies and device settings across all the client tenancies we manage.

As an MSP, we would like to create client user accounts and assign the clients licences as well as remove them as part of our standard RBAC procedures.

We would also like to manage Intune Policies and manage Windows AutoPilot configurations.

Can this be done with Lighthouse?

My engineers are telling me that we can only monitor logs and review matters, and that we cannot manage the users/licences and client Intune policies via Lighthouse.

I'm not convinced my engineers are correct and hence posting this question here for validation of the capability of Lighthouse in the context of a UK Based IT MSP.
