Edge update SSL errors

We have a larger organization with approx. 3000 computers.

This morning an update for Edge and Chrome was installed (version 124.0.2478.51) Then suddenly you could not access Google's websites (Gmail, Google, Youtube etc)

We got a error that says: ERR_QUIC_Protocol_Error. I tried to disable Experimental QUIC protocol in edge://flags. When i do that i got this error ehen i go to google.com: ERR_SSL_Protocol_Error

Plus a lot of other websites.

Before I continue, I must state that EVERYTHING works in Firefox!

Now comes the weirdest part.

It is ONLY when you we are on a certain Wi-Fi. If you plug a network cable into the PC, everything works. Despite the fact that both Wi-Fi and the wired part run on the same Vlan and through the same Firewall. The only difference here is that Wi-Fi is distributed through our Wi-Fi controller (Cisco WLC 9800). It works fine on all other Wi-Fi networks through the same controller. The Wi-Fi it does not work on is managed via a user certificate. But here there should be no problems as everything works on Firefox!.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? I could see in another thread that something similar has been up recently and all the suggestions in there have been tried:

Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge
A Microsoft cross-platform web browser that provides privacy, learning, and accessibility tools.

    Problem solved.

I disabled chrome and edge flag "TLS 1.3 Hybridized Kyber Support", Then i worked again!

The only thing that changed me is that it is only on Wi-Fi the problem was. I've been trying to find out what exactly this TLS 1.3 Hybridized Kyber Support does, but it's a bit unclear.
