Dear support team,

Our customer is currently developing a product that uses Azure RTOS to send periodic telemetry to Azure IoT Hub. According to the specifications of IoT Hub, the maximum message size is 256KB, but it seems that currently only messages of approximately 16KB can be sent. After investigating, it appears that this behavior occurs because NetXDuo does not have a TLS fragmentation function.

Are you aware of these problems?
Also, are there any plans to take measures against this?
If urgent measures are needed, would it be possible for you to provide patch information or hints for us to fix it?

Best regards,

Yoji Sato.

    Hello @yoji sato ,

welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.

The maximum message size for the Azure IoT Hub is 256KB.

It seems you experience a lower amount than documented.

Please create a support ticket because Microsoft is able to check the logs of the specific resources.
