Hi all!

I have an issue with a user on the networked domain looping endlessly when attempting initial login to set their desktop up. Running dism scans and cleanmgr has yielded nothing, and wholly removing the user and recreating from scratch has given me nothing. Haven't run into this issue with any other users nor this specific user on other computers.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Please kindly troubleshoot this issue from below two aspects first:

1.Boot the machine in safe mode to exclude the impact brought by third-party application. If issue doesn't occur in safe mode, then let's troubleshoot the issue from third-party application.

2.Use Startup repair tool to fix this issue and check if it helps.

For further details, please refer to below Microsoft Official Documentation:

To help other customers who may be facing the same issue, please don't forget to vote if the reply is helpful.

    Best regards,
