Question about multitasking metrics.

I want to know if I am considered multitasking if I send an email or chat, access a Teams channel or post and reply to a message even once during a meeting or Teams call.

If there is a definition of the number of emails or chats or access time, such as sending more than 3 emails in one meeting is considered multitasking, or accessing a Teams channel for more than 10 minutes is considered multitasking, I would like to know.

    Hi @chii84

Multitasking in Teams generally refers to multitasking in meetings.

You can continue to use Teams during a meeting. Just click outside of the meeting, and you can check on what's going on in other channels or catch up on your messages.

Whenever you click away from a meeting, it becomes a smaller window at the top of the app. Click that window to return to your meeting in an instant if you need to.
