Please check the error log. The location by default is: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log

There is a summary.txt file and many subfolders created every time the Installation wizard is started. In those subfolders, we can find a Detail.txt file.

If found error message like this: There have been 256 misaligned log IOs which required falling back to synchronous IO. It is a known issue discussed in this article: Troubleshoot errors related to system disk sector size greater than 4 KB.
