MS Teams custom app takes very long time to show up in users Desktop Team Client

I have developed a Teams app for my org using Apps Developer portal and published in our orgs app catalog. As a Team administrator, I have made changes in policies and everything, still the app is not showing in users Desktop MS Teams. I can use the the option in Apps Developer Portal "Preview in Teams",only then I can add this app to my Teams and test it in my Teams web client not in Desktop client. When I try to preview in Desktop client it says "This app cannot be found " I have cleared the cache for Microsoft Teams and restart multiple times. How does it take to be seen the app in our " Built for your org" section. We have hybrid setup for AAD.

It usually takes upto 3-5 business days for the app to reflect in the "built for your org" section.
Here are few steps to troubleshoot the issue-- Ensure that the users have the necessary permissions and app policies to access the app.
- In the Teams admin center, go to "Teams apps" and then "Setup policies." Check the settings to ensure that the app is allowed for users and not blocked by any setup policies.
- Ensure that the app has been approved and published successfully in the Teams Developer Portal. You may need to check the status of the app submission and make sure it is marked as "Published" for your organization.

Quick follow up here to verify my understanding.
In order to support my application sending my customer's message through their teams installations, I am uploading a custom app into my customer's AppCatalog.
When I go through this flow using my company's organization (tenant), it can take days for the Custom Teams App to appear. When I go through the flow using the test organization (tenant), the Custom Teams App is available immediately.
I am creating the new teams app through the graph api using the delegated permission AppCatalog.ReadWrite.All. When I created the teams app, I get a successful response, including a record id. However, when I try to retrieve the record from the api by the given Id, I get a "The app was not found." error.
Is it expected behavior that a fully approved Custom Teams App takes 3 to 5 days to appear in the app catalog?
