This means that the ‘Teams - Web’ category includes views from any web browser, not just the web version of Teams. For example, if a user accesses Viva Connections from a mobile browser, it will be counted as ‘Teams - Web’ usage.
Therefore, the 35% of ‘Teams - Web’ usage does not necessarily mean that your pilot users are using the web version of Teams, but rather that they are using any web browser to access Viva Connections. This could be due to various reasons, such as personal preference, device compatibility, or network availability.
