Microsoft Excel Expert Certficate not showing up

Question

Hello,

I have recently passed a Microsoft Excel Expert Exam. I have even received a confirmation email from the Microsoft certification team with a certification ID number. However, when I go into the certificates tab to print it out, it either does not show up at all or will glitch when trying to download. This is irritating because it has been over two weeks since I passed the exam and I have tried the process on a variety of different computers, dates and browsers.

Microsoft Certification / Microsoft Certified Trainer is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, here is the supported products list (more to be added later on).
