Guys. Need your advise. I'd recently installed SQL server 2019 on my Windows Server 2016. The customized port 1533 is listening locally and able to telnet localhost. Remote telnet seems failed. Checked the firewall between the server and it is allowed. The SQL server configuration is correct and enabled remote connection is checked. However telnet seems failed from remote server to this SQL server. Further checking that the SQL server received the SYN from the remote server and hold during the telnet test. Anyone got any advise if there's anything can be done?
