Viva insights Email Open Rate doesn't show up

Hello I have been sending email through outlook making sure that all conditions for Open Rate results have been implemented. When email is just sent, I receive notification "Open rate for this email will be available in less than 30 minutes". However, after 30 min this message disappears and Open Rate is still not visible. Can you please share the way to enable it? Kind regards,

    Thanks for your reply! Regarding the Viva Insights open rate, there are the following limitations: User's image

    Please check if the email meets the above conditions. I noticed that you mentioned that the email was sent to more than 5 people, please note that these 5 people need to be in the same organization. Based on the above, we can find the open rate as shown in the below image:
