    Please refer to my post in thread 'Correlation Id'.

    In addition to deleting the account cache as above, you may also go to Windows settings> Accounts> Access work or school> add your account. If your account has already been added, please remove it and other accounts. Then add the account back to have a check.

    You may also change the Internet connection. Sometimes the network can also cause login issues.

    I am also having the same issue, but after removing the below registry and folders, the issue has been resolved, but for some time it has not worked.

    Note: Take the backup and check the below steps.

    1. Log out of office 365 accounts in word

    del C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\microsoft\office*.* /s /q

    del C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\microsoft\office*.* /s /q

    reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office /f
