How to access Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment?

Hello - trying to have someone sign up for the Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment and we are unable to access it.

Once you login it will not let you do anything... like even find the assessment.

what instructor do you contact? It seemed like this is a self-paced assessment.
