    Hi Marilou,

To re-enable a disabled device in your Office account using Microsoft Entra Identity (formerly Azure AD), you need administrative access. Here are the steps to follow:

    Access Microsoft Entra Identity:

    • Log in to the Microsoft Entra Identity admin center. You can access it through the Microsoft 365 admin center or directly by navigating to the Microsoft Entra portal.

    Navigate to Devices:

    • In Microsoft Entra Identity, go to the "Devices" section. Here you will find all devices registered under your organization's directory.

    Locate the Disabled Device:

    • Look for the disabled device by searching with the username or device name in the Devices section. There should be a list or option to view disabled devices, from which you can select the one you wish to enable.

    Re-enable the Device:

    • After locating the disabled device, select it and then choose the "Enable" option. This action will reactivate the device, allowing it to access Office and other resources as before.

    Note for Non-Admin Users:

    • If you do not have administrative access, you won't be able to enable a disabled device. In this scenario, contact an administrator in your organization who has access to the Microsoft Entra Identity admin center to perform this action.

Kindly note that you need to have the necessary administrative privileges to perform these actions.
