Can you take into account delayed send in your Viva analysis?

I usually work on draft emails during the weekend but am using "delayed send" to send them during the work week. The MS Viva analysis consistently reports that I may have impacted co-workers outside of regular work hours which is NOT true. Is there any way you can correct this? Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Benoist,Marie,US-Arlington,

I am sorry to hear that the MS Viva analysis is not accurate for you. There are a few possible reasons why this might happen:

    • The analysis is based on the work hours that you have set in your Viva Insights settings. If your work hours are different from the actual hours that you work, the analysis might report that you have impacted co-workers outside of regular work hours. You can adjust your work hours in Viva Insights by following the steps in this article.
    • The analysis is also based on the data from your everyday work in Microsoft 365, such as your emails, chats, and meetings. If you have communicated with co-workers who have different work hours or time zones than you, the analysis might report that you have impacted them outside of their regular work hours. You can use the schedule send suggestions feature in Viva Insights to send emails that align with recipients’ working hours. You can learn more about this feature in this article2.
    • The analysis might not reflect the latest changes in your work patterns or settings. The analysis is updated periodically, but it might take some time for the changes to be reflected in the reports. You can check the date and time of the last update in the Viva Insights app.
