We are using Azure Bing Search and exceeded our free usage. We changed our price tier but we are still receiving the same error. What should we do?

    Check your subscription key
Make sure that you are using the correct subscription key for your new price tier. You can find your subscription key in the Azure portal. To check your Azure Bing Search subscription key, go to the Azure portal and navigate to your Bing Search resource. Click on the Keys and Endpoint blade, and your subscription key will be displayed in the Primary key field.

If you just changed your price tier, it may take some time for the new quota to be applied to your account. Try waiting a few hours or overnight, and then try again.

Hello @Dann055 , we received your feedback that the issue was due to timing.

Yes, we totally understand your concern. The time it takes for the quota increase to reflect in Azure varies depending on the service and the data volume, but it usually happens within a few minutes. However, some services may take 24-48 hours to process the quota requests.

We are here to help you and strive to make your experience better and greatly value your feedback.

If you wish, you may re-surveying/rating for the engagement you received on the thread. Your feedback is very important to us.
