After migration users are facing the following issues in 2016, so Display From- does not show create or modified dates NewForm - Not able to edit EditForm -Not able to edit Please help and let me know what could be the issue.

Hi @sns , It seems that user is using custom list forms (which will show two extra buttons by default) and they are having trouble displaying after migration. Please open SharePoint Designer 2013 and then navigate to the issued list in designer. Two options to troubleshoot this issue: Delete the forms in use and then return to the list to test again. If the default forms are still available, they will be automatically set as default. If the default forms are not available, create a new Edit Form via the “ New… ” button and then set it as the default form. Detailed instruction can be found via the document here: Create a custom list form using SharePoint Designer. And for the issue with Quick Edit , please navigate to LIST > List Settings > Advanced settings > Quick Edit , make sure the user has selected Yes for "Allow items in this list to be edited using Quick Edit? "

Please check as following and confirm: Do you have trouble adding new list items (by clicking the “ new item ” button)? By “not able to edit”, do you mean you are not able to edit list item properties or the list forms themselves? Do you see any error message when trying to open the New Form/Edit Form? Also, trying using Quick Edit feature to edit items and see if it works. Do you have the same issue with all users? Log in using the farm account and see if the issue persists. Do you see the same issue if you switch to another list view or in another list? Please create a new list (view) and see if you can reproduce this issue. Hi Chelase Wu,

I addressed above steps to user to look in to from his designer.
When I open my designer and entered the URL, it is not opening, showing as below with no sign of opening it. I have cleared the designer cache by unchecking "cache site data across SharePoint Designer sessions"
Also cleared the cahce from below paths. but still not showing up. Please help

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebsiteCache

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
and regarding quick edit, I saw from advanced settings it is Set to yes but still quick edit option is grade out. Please help

@sns , Please check as following:
For the issue with Quick Edit:

If you have grouping enabled in this view, then Quick Edit is not available.

Please navigate to List settings > Views > All Items (or the current list view) > Tabular View > Allow individual item checkboxes, make sure this setting is selected.

For the issue with SharePoint Designer 2013:

Make sure you have the Service Pack 1 for SharePoint Designer 2013 installed.

Try opening the site directly via the “Edit list” button on the ribbon. You can also refer to this post for additional troubleshooting methods: SharePoint Designer 2013 cannot open any site.

Yes grouping seems to be applied for this list for all items. Please have a look on below screenshot

and respective option under tabular view is already selected. Please see below screenshot. But Still noticed that quick edit option is grade out. What we do further?

and I could see designer is loading after installing sp1 with 32 bit for SP designer 2013. Thank you.

HI @sns , glad to know the designer is working.
As I mentioned in the previous reply, having grouping enabled in a list view will make the Quick Edit feature not available, which is the expected behavior. You may check in another list view with grouping disabled just to make sure it is in function, nothing to worry about.
You can go ahead and change the list forms using SharePoint Designer. Please let me know the progress if any.

so I have raised support case with Virto team. They have given WSP to deploy which is for to capture specific logs during disconnection JOB with Web application.
Now they have given attached script, to find the status of Virto TImer job in CA, But how it useful to capture the specific logs? Please see below response from Support.
