Everytime I attempt to deploy web app through openai, it doesnt do anything.

I keep getting this message and I am the account owner. I am using the same resource group, sub etc. The deploy option turns blue once the fields are entered, and then when I click it, it basically grays out..

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! Thanks for posting the question.

What's the model you are trying to use for the deployment and in which region? Also, I could see the deploy button is showing up in disabled state. Did you try to deploy a website earlier and thus you are seeing this? OR is it coming since you first try to deploy the web app?

What's your notification blade displaying? Is it displaying deployment in progress?

I dont get the purple button saying launch web app either. I am using gpt35-turbo and now gpt4. I noticed that each time I start a new openai service, the preview is not there anymore. I also applied for a different use case, to see if that resolves the issue

I too am having this issue with gpt-35-turbo-16k. I've tried a region in Australia and US. I'm connected to Azure Cognitive Services in the "Add your data" section if that helps.

This issue has been fixed now and you should be able to deploy the web app. I have tried it my environment and it worked fine this time.

Hi Saurabh. I'm having the same issue on East US and West US. I was able to deploy a project a couple of times and now I just see this "Deploying web app: Stay on this page while deployment completes. It should take a few minutes." even in new projects that I create.

I am having this issue with the Canada East. The App deploys and I can log in but then I can not update or deploy a second app. Is there any way to fix this? I can not find an answer.

I'm getting the same issue. I see "Deploying web app: Deploying the web app takes a few minutes. You can view the status on the Deployments tab." but then there is no deployment. I cannot deploy a new webapp and I also can't see any deployment so I'm completely stuck
