Viva Goals OKR not show when search

I have set permission for my OKR and allow selected users to view/align/edit.
After set is still able to made alignment & create Dashboard.
But found that start from 17/07/2023 unable show out when search once OKR is set permission to view/align. This will made unable made alignment and create Dashboard. Already allow selected users to align/edit but that users still unable to search to align.
How to solve this issue ?

    yes, unable search once permission is set to limit selected user to align/edit.

    Based on my test, when i changed the permission of the OKR to "Only selected people can view and align", the OKR cannot be search, which reproduces your case. I'm afraid that the OKR can be searched when the permission is set as “Anybody can view and align” and "Anybody can view, only selected people can align". It's by design.
